Equipment Overview

The equipment is a specialized maintenance device for testing and inspecting metal-rubber springs in subway vehicles. It mainly consists of the machine body, hydraulic station, oil cylinder, pressure sensor, and displacement sensor, among other components. The test bench adopts a cantilever-type hydraulic loading structure. It utilizes computer-automated control, measurement, recording, and printing of the spring's free height, working height, spring stiffness, and static deflection, and automatically categorizes them based on working height. Additionally, the equipment can also serve as an auxiliary tool for the disassembly and assembly of rubber springs and rubber joints.
